Most organizations focus heavily on top-of-funnel marketing tech, only to discover later that broken bottom-of-funnel systems kill deals and frustrate teams. Rigid CRMs, haphazard integrations, and siloed data all create friction—leading to lost revenue opportunities and unhappy stakeholders.
But there’s a better way. By crafting flexible, future-proofed RevTech stacks, you can equip your sales teams with frictionless workflows and empower RevOps with actionable insights. Gone are the days of rigid systems that drain time and morale. Instead, you’ll learn how to design and implement bottom-of-funnel solutions that boost revenue, reduce chaos, and keep cross-functional teams fully aligned.
Through live sessions, real-world case studies, and hands-on exercises, you’ll learn:
• Why most RevTech stacks become clunky and how to avoid that fate.
• How to select a CRM and core tools for the right stage of company growth.
• Ways to align your CRO, CFO, and CMO needs to prevent siloed decision-making.
• Strategies for rapid integration and easy data flow, so teams share insights seamlessly.
• Proven methods for turning your RevTech from a “necessary evil” into a true competitive advantage.
Why this course?
Because a flexible, well-structured RevTech stack means:
• Less time wasted on tedious admin & tool confusion, and more time selling.
• Better lead tracking, routing, and follow-up—leading to higher conversion rates.
• Clearer reporting and forecasting that senior leaders trust.
• Reduced dependence on rigid systems that don’t scale or easily adapt to change.
