While much of the coding will be done using AI tools, and you won’t need to write code yourself, a basic understanding and willingness to engage with the process is key. Remember, anyone can code with AI. For those new to Python, I’ll provide a Quick Start Guide to help you get comfortable.


- Those Not Ready to Commit to Learning:

This course requires focus and effort over 4 weeks. I want every student to get the most out of the experience, so it’s important to actively participate, practice, and embrace the challenges of learning data science.

As an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University, teaching a master’s program in data analytics, Emmi brings over 15 years of experience in data science, financial engineering, and problem-solving. With advanced degrees in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago and Statistics from Columbia University, Emmi excels at breaking down complex concepts into actionable insights.


Through this course, Emmi aims to guide participants in mastering the essentials of data science, providing practical knowledge and hands-on experience to help them upskill, grow their careers, and make meaningful business impacts.
