Why this matters

Your engineers can already get agents to write code. What they cannot yet do is hand agents real issues and trust what comes back, so review queues grow and the promised speed never arrives.

Over six weeks I work with your team to build a Software Factory around your codebase: isolated execution, context and skills for your stack, verification gates, self-healing loops and a delivery pipeline that turns issues into verified pull requests.

Your team learns to run and extend it, so the system keeps working after the engagement ends.

Who it's for: Startups and scaleups with an established codebase, a working test suite and a team of roughly 5 to 25 engineers who want agents doing real work inside their development lifecycle.

Week by week

  • Week 1: Audit and Architecture I audit your repository, tests and CI, and agree the Software Factory architecture and build plan with your tech lead.

  • Week 2: Execution Harness I build isolated execution with Git worktrees and sandbox boundaries so agents never touch your working branches.

  • Week 3: Context and Skills I set up repository rules and reusable skills for the engineering tasks your team does most often.

  • Week 4: Verification Gates I wire your test runners, linters and type checkers into gates every agent change must pass.

  • Week 5: Self-Healing Loops and CI Triggers I connect Doer and Tester loops and set up background runs in your CI that turn issues into verified work.

  • Week 6: Delivery, Training and Handoff I finish the pull request pipeline with a human delivery gate, train your engineers, and hand over the documentation.

What you get

  • Software Factory implementation: Production code for isolated execution, context routing, verification gates and self-healing loops.

  • Custom skills for your stack: Task skills written around your codebase and conventions.

  • CI workflows: Background runs in GitHub Actions or GitLab CI that process issues into verified pull requests.

  • Team training and documentation: A live training session for your engineers and full system documentation.

Outcomes

  • A Software Factory running on your codebase: Background agents turning issues into verified pull requests inside your workflow.

  • Skills built for your stack: Reusable skills for your team's most common engineering tasks.

  • A team that can extend it: Engineers who understand the system and can add to it after the engagement.

What I need from you

  • Access to your team's repositories and CI pipelines.

  • A named technical point of contact, such as your tech lead or architect, for weekly check-ins.

  • A working test suite with clear commands to run it.

Frequently asked questions

Will this disrupt our sprint work?

No. The build happens in isolated branches and environments, alongside your team's normal delivery.

Which stacks do you support?

The approach needs a codebase with automated tests and a CI pipeline, and we confirm fit for your stack on the scoping call.

How is the price set?

Engagements start at $25,000. After a scoping call I send a fixed quote based on your codebase and goals.
