Aamir is the Founder & CEO of Mixedbread, which is building a search API for unstructured data like PDFs, images, and video to provide the right context to both humans and AI.Since the release of BERT, he has been at the forefront of representation learning and retrieval, working on how AI systems can effectively understand and use complex, unstructured data.At Mixedbread, Aamir leads the development of foundational retrieval models that replace outdated, brittle data pipelines, helping organizations make their data AI-ready and turn it into real business outcomes.

Isaac is an independent consultant, OSS contributor, and product builder who has helped many companies incorporate AI into their products. I've taught AI efficiency to companies for years and worked for tech startups and cutting edge labs.
