I'm Vijeyta, a hands-on Product and Product Marketing leader with experience at companies like Microsoft, Hippo, Upwork, and PayPal. I’ve led large PM teams and launched multiple new products. Having interviewed hundreds of candidates and gone through the process myself, I’d like to give back to the community by sharing what worked and what didn’t.

I’m Gaurav, a product leader with over 20 years of experience at Amazon, Microsoft, and high-growth startups like Built and Knowde. I’ve been on both sides of the job search. Over the years, I have hired several senior PMs and PMMs. More recently, I successfully navigated this brutal job market myself, ending with multiple offers. To get here, I learned to be a power user of AI tools, refined my own frameworks, and connected with others in similar situations.
