After 3 decades working across Europe, the US, and Brazil, I’ve had the chance to see how organizations evolve—and sometimes struggle—when faced with technological change. What fascinates me most today is how AI isn’t just reshaping tools, but the very logic of how we work, decide, and create value.

I approach AI as a living system: a way to uncover patterns, reveal hidden connections, and rethink the foundations of business strategy. My goal is to make this complexity accessible—helping others not just understand AI, but use it to design smarter, more adaptive organizations.
