Setting boundaries at work and at home

I am an engineering executive with 15+ years of experience. I got Superb and Outstanding ratings for most of my time at Google (equivalent to Exceeds and Greatly Exceeds in other companies). I have also coached 100+ ICs and managers to get similar outcomes in their careers. 

I truly believe that setting yourself apart with bold strategies is the way to have an accelerated career in a competitive landscape.

I climbed from intern to director at Google in a decade because I learned how to make my contributions impossible to ignore.

I’m also a mom, a woman in tech, an entrepreneur and a first-gen immigrant.
