Why this topic matters

To get work done, we need to be able to manage our time effectively. Often, however, ADHD, autistic, & other neurospicy adults feel trapped, bored, or incapable of using "standard" time management tools. To-do lists become overwhelming, time blocking feels stifling, and so on, leaving us feeling perpetually overwhelmed. Instead, in this session, we'll explore the tools that fit our unique brains.
