Most recently, Amy served as Chief Design officer of United Healthcare, where she led of team of 100 to help people live healthier lives and help make the health system work better for everyone.

Before joining United Healthcare, she co-founded Mad*Pow in 2002 and nurtured its growth for 20 years to become a leading global strategic design consultancy.

As the Founder of Lift Up Connections, Christine is building a movement with powerhouse women and industry leaders to reimagine leadership, connection, and career reinvention.

Through her Lift Up Collective Cohorts™, Christine curates and bring together multiple expert voices to co-lead dynamic, interactive learning experiences. These programs offer attendees an opportunity to learn from diverse perspectives in one space and collect insights they can immediately put into action.
