Her coaching practice specializes in coaching Highly Sensitive women and she knows firsthand how workplace systems can quietly hold even the most capable women back. She co-created Power Circles with Selicia to give women the clarity, tools, and community she wished she'd had.

Selicia, strategy partner at a brand agency, global facilitator and inclusion strategist. With over 20 years in marketing and 8 years of focused brand strategy experience at some of the most recognised and innovative organisations in the world.
