He has led 0→1 launches, scaled products to revenue, and partnered closely with recruiters and hiring managers at fast-growing teams. Across his career, he has interviewed, hired, and coached 200+ professionals.

He is also a 3x founder, which shaped how he thinks about ownership, tradeoffs, and clear communication when stakes are high.

After navigating his own job search in 2024, Brandon saw how confusing and draining modern interviews had become, even for strong candidates. That gap led him to design skill-focused, practice-heavy courses built for today’s hiring market.

Greg is a seasoned technology executive who has interviewed and hired hundreds (if not thousands) of professionals over the course of his career. He has held senior leadership roles, including Head of Sales, Chief Revenue Officer, and Division President at companies such as Fiserv, VikingCloud, Worldline, and Weave Communications.

Greg works closely with entrepreneurs and has been part of two successful company exits totaling over $2B. He is also the Founder of GKA & Associates, a consultancy providing career and executive coaching as well as fractional revenue leadership support.
