Course overview

Workshop your AI Governance Program

There is no doubt that 2025 will be the year for AI governance. Get started. Actually, forget about just getting started, let's fully build your program in 3 weeks! This packed course will be your forcing function to roll out a fully developed AI governance program, getting your company in compliance and moving fast!

Since 2015, I have been focused on AI governance. As the General Counsel at an AI company who offered computer vision technology (think the eyes of the AI), I knew from the day I took that job that my primary focus was incorporating ethical AI practices into the company's core mission.

In fact, I demanded that "Responsibility" was one of our core values!

And I built a robust program that included diverse stakeholders from around the entire organization, principles, policies, regular meetings, product interventions and a Board committee charter. I know how hard it is to implement governance and also how critical it is when it comes to AI technologies.

I am taking all that knowledge and all those learnings and giving them to you. In this course, you will accomplish in 3 weeks what it took me 3 years to build. I have templates that I will provide to you and we will customize them during the course. If you are struggling to make time to add AI governance into your multi-hat wearing position, then I understand! My goal is to use our time together as efficiently as possible so that you will walk away with a tangible benefit. If you are ready to start implementing an AI governance program, then you are in the right place.

Caroline McCaffery

Caroline McCaffery

I have been a practicing lawyer for 24 years, initially helping young companies with whatever legal problems they had. That led to my first in house role as the General Counsel to a software company. At that company, I obtained my privacy certification.

I then moved to an AI company to build their AI ethics program. Since then, I have been focused on AI technology as both a product developer and an attorney. Earlier this year, I obtained 2 certifications in AI governance and have implemented over a dozen AI governance programs. I want to share what I have learned with you.
