Let's fast track your growth with practical frameworks that school doesn't offer. Ditch fear of failure, start dreaming big, explore the world and find the niche that is unique to you.
This is your ticket to being a driven and creative problem-solver, an idea hunter and producer, a confident leader.
You don't want to wait until after Uni or when you are unhappy in your first job to ask yourself who you are and who you want to be.
Do it now and you will be years in front. What are your values? Strengths? Types of intelligence? Role models? Aspirations? Fears? What's the tribe that you crave? What problems do you want to solve?
How do you get to where you want to be? What frameworks can help you the most?
Your parents and I advanced as if blindfolded and acquired lessons along the way. Here you can find the lessons you need already packaged and ready to go.
This course is very time sensitive. It is urgent for ambitious students aged 14-25. It will save you anger, frustration, and thousands of dollars.
As an ambitious student, you want to find out how and in which field you are going to change the world, make money and find self-worth.
School does not help you figure out what success looks like for you. This is what we will discover together.
Then we will look at mindsets, habits and strategies to get you there.
The course is fast, but very intense. I need your commitment. Don't do it for your parents, Don't do it for your teachers. This is for you. Are you ready?
01
Driven students who want to be ahead of the pack, and save years, money, and frustration.
02
Highly capable learners with much to offer to the world, but unsure what future to pursue or how to pursue it.
03
Students who need to move from being told what to do to thinking with their own head, being driven, having an impact.
We will be clear on the rules of the game.
We will start actively using the top frameworks for happiness and life satisfaction.
We will open the fan of experiences and hunt down environments that will develop character and skills.
We will apply creativity in problem solving.
We will build self-identity profiles: character strengths, skills and key experiences
We will use frameworks and prompts to reflect on experience and attitudes.
We will investigate character traits, values, leadership, creativity, activity, service, role models, cognitive biases, limiting beliefs and more.
This work can then serve as the basis for applications.
We will research problems, technologies, and role models.
We will build our T: what topics to we want to explore superficially? Which ones do we want to explore in depth?
Who should we follow as role models? What problems do we want to solve? Can we already define a mission?
We are going to work on our individual definition of success
Everyone in the cohort is ambitious, but for what? Everyone's definition of success will be completely different and just as valid.
Keeping in mind our values, experiences and aspirations, we are going to draft individual definitions of success.
What habits, mindsets and strategies are going to help us on the way?
From emotional awareness and emotional control, to areas of comfort and areas of control, from love of experimental failure to seeing problems as opportunities, we are going to spotlight top mindsets, habits and strategies to get to our definition of success.
By the end of the course, you will have developed insight, a map of your goals, and mindsets, habits and strategies to reach them.

What if you coasts?
Most adults never worked on self-awareness, so they react haphazardly to what life throws at them. This results in reacting with erratic behaviours, frustration and strife.
Is this what you want?
Let's work on your hidden potential instead.
Call me MC
WHY ME?
My uncle was a highly capable learner. He committed suicide at age 17. That's why I care and why I have made it my mission to support ambitious life-long learners.
I have 4 teens, all with distinct strengths and interests, all in the process of figuring out what success looks like for them and what sort of problems they want to solve in their lives.
I combine sales and training skills learnt in the City of London working for Bloomberg and Salomon Brothers with Neuroscience/Mental Health knowledge from my MSc from King's College. On top of that you get my diplomatic background from my MA and from being Honorary Consul to Papua New Guinea. You benefit from my personal development background, and ASIST and Mental Health First Aid qualifications.
As a coach, I have helped many students with the content of this course. I have also helped them apply to US universities and prepare for job interviews.
Seeing the ambitious students I serve thrive gives me energy and life satisfaction.
My mission is to support ambitious students and their parents in the transition to adulthood with personalised career advice, personal development and application/interview coaching, no matter where they may be in the world.
You will benefit from my enthusiasm and expertise alike.
